Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad will head to Plymouth, Salford and London in the Downton Abbey creator’s musical adaptation
Julian Fellowes’ musical adaptation of The Wind in the Willows will premiere in Plymouth and then visit Salford next year before moving to London’s West End.
Based on Kenneth Grahame’s beloved tale of Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad, the book has been adapted for the stage by Downton Abbey creator Fellowes and Olivier-winning lyrical team George Stiles and Anthony Drew, who all previously worked together on the Mary Poppins musical.
