About the Author
Joy Brisbane was born in 1947 in Victoria, Australia. She trained as a nurse, in Theta Energy healing and as a counselor. She is the author of six books, including “When Do The Tears Stop?” and “Walking with Spirit.” After the death of her husband, Jeff, in 2002, Brisbane founded and sponsored the Reason-Brisbane Poetry Prize in his memory. Brisbane is the mother of two children, Tania and Robert, and the grandmother of four children.
