About the Author
Beckie Butcher worked as a lab technician in various hospitals and laboratories. She is an avid cook when she feels up to it and in 2005 she published a small cookbook. In April of this year, she was selected as VIP of the Year by World Wide Who’s Who in Executives, Professionals and Entrepreneurs for the writing of her book.
