I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai – review

‘Malala’s story has definitely made me look at the education system in the UK with respect and gratitude’

This is the story of Malala told from the perspective of a normal girl who just wanted to go to stand up for beliefs. It’s haunting how normal and ordinary her life was whilst still being so chaotic and different.

Im sure we’ve all heard of Malala and her story of the shooting. But this book centres around the motives behind the attack. Inspired and left behind by her father, Malala continues to go to school, rebelling against the Taliban whilst other girls continue to drop out.
