We’ve all been there. Whether you’ve forgotten your wallet, didn’t revise for an exam or are going through a break up, that sinking feeling in your stomach stays the same. The feeling that convinces you it won’t be okay, that the world as you know it has ended and you are doomed. It feels like the end.
