The controversial former AFL player agent Ricky Nixon will be able to publish his book that describes his relationship with a 17-year-old girl, despite her bid to stop him writing about her.
Kim Duthie, now 22, obtained a temporary injunction from the Victorian supreme court to prevent Nixon, 52, publishing his tell-all book, My Side, last week, claiming some of the book’s contents lied about and defamed her.
