As I sit in my armchair, book in hand, I can feel a warm breeze rustling through my hair and the gentle lapping of water at my feet. Although safely ensconced at home in London, I could be anywhere in the world. This week I’m on a beach in French Polynesia, next week, perhaps somewhere in the Alaskan wilderness, or cowering from a storm in the Arctic Circle. I have, without a doubt, contracted wanderlust.
