I Am Malala by Malala Yousafzai - review

‘Reading this book put my life into perspective, and made me feel very grateful for what I have’

This is by far the most inspirational book I’ve ever read. Malala is such an inspiration to so many people, myself included. Normally I’m not such a big fan of non-fiction books, but this book had me hooked. It was so interesting to read about what happened to her, and her country.

Reading this book put my life into perspective, and made me feel very grateful for what I have. At the beginning of the book, Malala and her family were grateful for being able to play cricket in the alley way by their house, but kids these days are upset because they got the wrong coloured iPhone. It made me realise that I have a lot, and I should be more grateful that I have what I have.
