The book is set in the summer holidays, when Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong are taken on the luxurious Orient Express by Hazel’s dad. After getting to know the passengers who were with them, a murder takes place one night and presents the perfect opportunity for some detective work. Can they manage to overcome the red herrings in their way? They also meet an old friend who is on a separate mission to catch a spy.
