I first read Forever when I was 11-years-old. We were on the Costa Dorada and I had ploughed through the Dean Koontz and Doctor Who paperbacks I’d taken on holiday so, in desperation, borrowed my sister’s beach reads. Needless to say, Forever was an eye opener.
