Louise O’Neil tackles a very difficult subject in her brand new book – rape. Following on from the brilliant Only Ever Yours, she tackles a highly controversial subject that is prevalent in the news at the moment.
She looks at the effects this has on the girl who was raped, her friends, her family, the rapists and the community around her. Emma goes to a party, has a few drinks and takes some drugs while under pressure from the boy she fancies. She has no memory of the night, but then finds a Facebook page filled with photos of her in compromising positions.
