My Brother’s Famous Bottom is about Cheese (a baby) and Tomato (also a baby) who were born in a pizza van.

They happen to take part in a nappy advert and Cheese’s Bottom is seen on display. How lucky does this turn out to be for them when Cheese and his family are chosen to go to America to see Cheese’s bottom launch.
