Pepperdine in driver's seat after victory over Cal Poly

Pepperdine rallied for two runs in the seventh inning and Aaron Brown and Eric Karch combined to hold Cal Poly to three hits as the Waves edged the host Mustangs, 2-1, Saturday in the NCAA regional at San Luis Obispo.
