'I wouldn't particularly recommend this book to anyone, as the drama in it I found quite predictable and it dragged on a lot'

This book is about the death of Ashlee Parkins and how a teenager named Emily deals with her father being blamed for it, even though she is convinced of his innocence.

This book was mildly interesting, however it didn't add up to complete entertainment for me. The author could have included more action. She did capture the suspense in some parts, but regularly droned on about their emotions and feelings way too much. The story-line was exceptionally planned out but could have been more clear about who the murderer actually was. I liked how Lucy Christopher created "The Game" although it was a bit complicated. The Game is set up basically like an army training thing, but occasionally it didn't make any sense.

In conclusion I wouldn't particularly recommend this book to anyone, as the drama in it I found quite predictable and it dragged on a lot!
