Jeremy Scahill joined Alyona Minkovski on HuffPost Live Friday to discuss "Dirty Wars," the companion book to his new documentary of the same name. During the interview, Scahill said he believes there is a political opening currently to possibly move forward on closing the military detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
